Measures L & M Citizens' Oversight Committee (COC)

Enacted by California law requiring oversight of public school bonds, the COC’s purpose is to review the spending of Bond funds and report their findings annually to the general public. In short, the COC ensures that bond funds have been spent in accordance with state law.
